Custom Nameplate Necklace Order Form

Each custom necklace costs L$10,000 and must be paid in full before work begins. No design changes can be made once the necklace is finished and uploaded. Any bugs or errors will be fixed if needed.

Included with your custom piece:

(1) Rigged necklace in the metal color of your choice (rigs avilable for Reborn, Legacy, Kupra, or LaraX)
(1) Unrigged version of the same necklace, plus a resizer HUD

Upgrade options:

• Metal customizer HUD (+L$5,000)
• White diamond pavé for the “Script” font ONLY (+L$8,000)

Please keep in mind that while you choose your design, others may select the same name or nickname and end up with a similar piece. If that would bother you, I recommend choosing something more unique than a common first name.
